1. DEFINITIONS
A member is someone who has paid a subscription and been given a PIN (Personal Identification Number)

You are any person using the website, having paid a subscription or not.
The service is the service that ONLINE CONNECT Ltd provides to a user of the website, which allows him/her to browse the website, and allows a member to post information about him/her self on it, and, if subscribed, to chat on it, and to contact, or be contacted by, other members.

2. AGREEMENT

This is a legally binding Agreement between you and ONLINE CONNECT Ltd for the provision of the Service, and these rules (hereafter known as the Agreement) form the terms and conditions for your Membership and use of this site.

3. RESTRICTIONS
By accepting these conditions you assure us that:
a. You are over 18 years old;
b. You have not been convicted of any offence relating to violence and/or Harassment

4. THE BASICS

c. We reserve the right to monitor all material/photographs posted onto this website by any member, to edit or remove material/photographs if they contravene this agreement, and to refuse or cancel memberships.

d. We reserve the right to make changes to the service and to the fees for the use of the service.

e. We reserve the right to monitor your communications with other members

f. This Agreement is made in accordance with English law and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

g. All members agree to indemnify and keep indemnified ONLINE CONNECT Ltd and all members of it's staff against any and all losses, proceedings, lost profits, damages, awards, expenses, costs (including increased administration costs and legal costs on a full indemnity basis), claims, actions and any other losses and/or liabilities suffered by ONLINE CONNECT Ltd and arising from and/or relating to your use of the service, information and/or other material posted on the website by you and/or arising from or due to any breach of contract, any tortious act and/or omission and/or any breach of statutory duty by you.

If you can not or will not accept this Agreement then you must not use this website or purchase membership of Loving Unlimited from ONLINE CONNECT Ltd.

5. MEMBERSHIP

a. Your Membership is for your own personal use only. You are personally responsible for all actions performed by the use of your account. You must not give your username and password to other people nor authorise other people to use the website using your username and password.

b. You are responsible for confidentialiy of your log-in details and you undertake to maintain an accurate Personal Profile. If your password becomes known to someone else you must change it forthwith.

c. We reserve the right to refuse membership for any reason and to terminate memberships or accounts.

d. We reserve the right to restrict your access to parts of the site

6. PAYMENTS
a. The price for use of the Service is shown on the Web Site inclusive of any VAT.
b. Payment of sums due should be made using the on-line payment service provided on the website. 
c. Payments are normally non-refundable.

7. USING THE WEBSITE

The website provides a service whereby Members post information about themselves in order to make contact with other Members. Information Posted by other Members on their profiles is not necessarily accurate, and we are not obliged to verify any information contained in any profile. If you wish to verify any information posted on this website, you must do so at your own cost and through your own efforts

a. You must not post personal details in your profile such as phone number, e-mail address or any other information which would allow other Members and/or Users to contact you directly
b. You must not submit to the site information, pictures and/or any other material which is obscene, abusive, racist, harassing or threatening, and/or is illegal and/or infringes any other parties' privacy and/or other rights or which is damaging to, or potentially damaging to, ONLINE CONNECT Ltd
c. You must not transmit and/or post and/or email to another Member any information, pictures and/or any other material, which in our opinion racist, abusive, threatening, libellous and/or containing paedophile material; and/or material capable of offending other users’ political and/or religious beliefs.
d. You must not copy, in whole or in part any of the information on the Website 
e. You must not use the website to promote any another website, service and/or business in any way.
f. You must not use the website to solicit other Members' business, or to buy or sell products and/or services;
g. You must not attempt to extort money from other members by any confidence trick or "scam"
h. You must not SPAM other members with private or commercial e-mail addresses or website URLs
i. You agree to allow other users to view your Profile, and agree that you are solely responsible for all of your interactions with other members. If you arrange to meet with any person through the use of the service, then you do so entirely at your own risk, and should take adequate precautions to ensure your own safety.
j. Any information that you disclose to other users about yourself,  you do entirely at your own risk.
k. You warrant and represent to us that all information posted by you  is accurate, true, complete and is not misleading.
l.  ONLINE CONNECT Ltd reservesthe right to review your Profile at any time and to amend and/or delete it if ONLINE CONNECT Ltd thinks that it should be amended and/or deleted. The decision by ONLINE CONNECT Ltd will be final.
m. You warrant and represent to ONLINE CONNECT Ltd that all information submitted by you is accurate, complete and true.
n. It is not possible for ONLINE CONNECT Ltd to check, and nor is ONLINE CONNECT Ltd under any obligation to check, all profiles for accuracy; ONLINE CONNECT Ltd does not therefore make any representation or warranty that the information contained in any profile is correct and not misleading.

8. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

ONLINE CONNECT Ltd may terminate this Agreement immediately and/or  suspend  your access to the service without notice and without refund, if

a. You are in default of payment;
b. You contravene this Agreement;
c. in our opinion, any information submitted by you is damaging or potentially damaging to ONLINE CONNECT Ltd.
d. You do not abide by the rules.

You may terminate membership at any time by notification. Refunds are at the discretion of ONLINE CONNECT Ltd.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND CONFIDENTIALITY

a. All Intellectual Property Rights in the Service shall be owned by ONLINE CONNECT Ltd absolutely.
b. You assign to ONLINE CONNECT Ltd, with full title guarantee, all copyright in your Profile, and ONLINE CONNECT Ltd reserves the right to copy, modify or delete any information that you submit to the website.
c. ONLINE CONNECT Ltd will use industry standard methods to ensure confidentiality of your personal details such as your real e-mail address and will not disclose such information, except where such information is public knowledge or it is required to be disclosed by law. We will not rent or sell your information.

10. OUR GUARANTEE

a.The service is provided in its current form, and ONLINE CONNECT Ltd provide no warranty or guarantee in respect of the results, availability, and/or uninterrupted use of all or part of the Service.
b. ONLINE CONNECT Ltd does not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations.
c. ONLINE CONNECT Ltd does not warrant that any of the information provided is accurate.
d. ONLINE CONNECT Ltd will operate the website with all reasonable skill and care, and will make every effort to maintain the operation of the website. ONLINE CONNECT Ltd reserve the right to suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades etc.

b. Members themselves are solely responsible for content submitted to the website under their account.
c. All advice, opinions and information submitted to the website are those of the respective authors of such advice, opinions and information, and are not necessarily those, and do not necessarily reflect the views of, ONLINE CONNECT Ltd.
d. This Agreement is made in accordance with English law and the parties agree to submit to the  jurisdiction of the English courts.
e. ONLINE CONNECT Ltd provides this website in its current state on an "as-is" basis, and expressly disclaims all warranties or representations of any kind in respect of this website.

12. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

a. ONLINE CONNECT Ltd shall have no Liability to you arising out of your or other member's use of the website and/or your reliance on any information and/or other material posted on the website or posted to you by other Members.

b. ONLINE CONNECT Ltd shall have no Liability to you for any losses, breach of copyright, defamation, damages, economic and/or other similar losses; and/or special damages and indirect losses.

c. ONLINE CONNECT Ltd shall have no Liability for any defect in the Service caused or contributed to by you and/or any other Member.

d. ONLINE CONNECT Ltd shall have no Liability to you or any member if any monies owed by you or said member to us have not been paid in full by the due date for payment.

e. You shall give us a reasonable opportunity to remedy any matter for which we are liable before you incur any costs and/or expenses in remedying the matter yourself. If you do not do so ONLINE DIRECT Ltd shall have no Liability to you.

f. You shall produce for ONLINE CONNECT Ltd to see, written evidence of any claims for which it is alleged that ONLINE CONNECT Ltd are liable, together with written details of how any loss was caused by ONLINE CONNECT Ltd, and the steps you have taken to mitigate the loss. Until this is done, ONLINE CONNECT Ltd shall have no Liability for the claim by you.

g. It is possible for other members and/or unauthorised users to obtain and misuse information about you as a result of your use of the website. ONLINE CONNECT Ltd shall have no Liability to you arising out of any Member's and/or unauthorised User's misuse of information and/or other material posted by you on the Service and/or to other Members.

h. You shall be under a duty to mitigate any loss, damage, costs or expenses that you may suffer, and ONLINE CONNECT Ltd's total Liability to you under and/or arising in relation to any agreement shall not exceed 5 times the amount paid by you for the Service (if any) under that agreement or the sum of £500, whichever is the higher.

i. Nothing in this agreement shall exclude or limit any of your statutory rights which may not be excluded or limited due to you acting as a consumer.

j. ONLINE DIRECT Ltd shall have no Liability to you for any delay in performance of this Service and/or any other matters to the extent that such events and/or matters are due to any events outside our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
